Veronica Maier is a senior lecturer at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, where she has held this position since 2016. She has participated in various international programs, including a 6-month research mobility at the University of Vienna and, in 2018, a Fulbright Scholarship at the AIN Center for Entrepreneurship, University of Rochester. In 2023, she attended the Babson College Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators. Veronica is also a member of the Association for Entrepreneurship Education, contributing to the development of entrepreneurship education in Romania. Her international experiences have enriched her expertise in entrepreneurship, corporate innovation, and social entrepreneurship while enhancing her ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. In addition, she mentors young entrepreneurs and contributes to various research teams. She has expertise in Strategic Management, Intrapreneurship, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Culture, Marketing, Sustainability, and Green Energy.
