Carmen Freitas is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Madeira. She teaches courses on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Introduction of Business. Carmen Freitas holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge and a master’s degree in Strategic Business and Tourism Development from the University of Madeira. Her research area is focused on the study of the entrepreneurship phenomenon.
