Luís Mota is an environmental engineer with a PhD in Tourism Management and Planning. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the European University of Lisbon, in Lisbon, lecturing about tourism management and the topic of sustainability. He is focused on studying issues related to climate change, tourism, and entrepreneurship. He is also an integrated member of the Centre for Research, Development, and Innovation in Tourism (CITUR Madeira).
