Sofia Isabel Jardim de Sales Sousa holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the Cádiz University, did her graduation in languages and modern literatures and a post-graduation in Anglo-American culture from the Madeira University. She has several scientific publications and communications at national and international level and published a book on violence at work. She has also participated in congresses, conferences, and seminars. Her research focus is the evaluation and intervention in the workplace violence, coping, and organizational culture. She is currently teaching at the Higher School of Technology and Management.
